• The NEMIS project was successfully finished on 31 Dec 2009. The publishable final activity report is now online.

• An article "New laser - it's a gas, gas, gas... sensor" about the NEMIS project was published on ICT Results.

• The NEMIS project has been prolonged by 4 months until December 31, 2009.

• Two partners of NEMIS, Walter Schottky Institut and Siemens AG, were awarded the German "Kaiser Friedrich Forschungspreis" in May 2009 for the realization of a compact, calibration-free trace gas sensor for carbon monoxide. The work was performed within the NEMIS project.
