Workpackage 6: Management

The objectives of this workpackage are to manage the NEMIS consortium by the coordinator, to coordinate partners and workpackage managers, and to ensure that the results from NEMIS are well disseminated throughout the European community. The management of NEMIS is organized according to the size and requirements of the project and is based on the experience gained by the partners in previous European projects.

The work done essentially includes the general organisation, financial, contractual and administrative matters and to provide the interface to the EU. Also, two project meetings per year, one review and one annual, as well as a kick-off meeting at the project start shall be organized. Further, the project reporting, including technical progress reports, reports on milestones and deliverables, monthly management reports and financial reports according to the contractual requirements is done. The publication and dissemination of the project results are supported by the NEMIS website.
